• 我们因业务发展需要，可能单方面对SimuUAV服务的全部或部分内容在任何时候不经任何通知的情况下变更、暂停、限制、终止或撤销，用户需承担此风险；
• Due to business development needs, we may unilaterally change, suspend, limit, terminate, or revoke all or part of SimuUAV services at any time without any notice, and users need to bear this risk;
• SimuUAV服务中可能包括广告等活动，用户同意在使用过程中显示我们及关联方与第三方供应商、合作伙伴提供的广告以及其他活动;
• SimuUAV services may include advertisements and other activities, and users agree to display advertisements and other activities provided by us and our affiliates with third-party suppliers and partners during use;
• 我们有权自行全权决定以任何理由，依法停止传输任何违反有关法律法规或本协议约定，或侵犯、妨害、威胁任何人权利或安全的内容，并有权依其自行判断对违反本协议的任何人士采取适当的法律行动，包括但不限于，从SimuUAV服务中删除具有违法性、侵权性、不当性等内容，终止违反者的登录资格，阻止其使用我们全部或部分SimuUAV服务，并且依据法律法规保存有关信息并应有关部门的要求提供报告等。
• We have the right to decide at our sole discretion for any reason to legally stop transmitting any content that violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement, or infringes, interferes with, or threatens any person's rights or safety, and have the right to take appropriate legal actions against any person who violates this Agreement at our discretion, including but not limited to, removing content with illegality, infringement, impropriety, etc. from SimuUAV services, terminating the login qualifications of violators, blocking their use of all or part of our SimuUAV services, and retaining relevant information according to laws and regulations and providing reports at the request of relevant departments.

You must promise and guarantee:

• 您了解并同意，SimuUAV App是一个软件服务产品，用户须对注册信息的真实性、合法性、有效性承担全部责任；用户不得冒充他人，不得利用他人的名义使用SimuUAV服务、发布任何信息；不得恶意使用注册帐户导致其他用户误认；否则我们有权立即停止提供包括SimuUAV服务在内的任何服务，您独自承担由此而产生的一切法律责任；
• You understand and agree that SimuUAV App is a software service product, and users must bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legality, and validity of the registration information; users must not impersonate others, must not use others' names to use SimuUAV services or publish any information; must not maliciously use registered accounts to cause other users to misidentify; otherwise, we have the right to immediately stop providing any services including SimuUAV services, and you will solely bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom;
• 您使用SimuUAV App与SimuUAV服务的行为必须合法，您必须为自己注册帐户下的一切行为负责，包括您通过SimuUAV App所发表的任何内容、控制SimuUAV App进行的任何操控以及由此产生的任何结果。用户应对其中的内容和功能使用自行加以判断，并承担因使用而引起的所有风险，包括因对内容和功能的正确性、完整性或实用性的依赖而产生的风险。SimuUAV无法且不会对因用户行为而导致的任何损失或损害承担责任;
• Your behavior in using SimuUAV App and SimuUAV services must be legal, and you must be responsible for all behaviors under your registered account, including any content you publish through SimuUAV App, any operations controlling SimuUAV App, and any results arising therefrom. Users should judge the use of content and functions by themselves and bear all risks arising from use, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness, or practicality of content and functions. SimuUAV cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by user behavior;
• 您对您的登录信息保密、不被其他人获取并使用，并且对您在SimuUAV App账户下的所有行为负责。您必须将任何有可能触犯法律的，未授权使用或怀疑为未授权使用的行为在第一时间通知我们，我们不对您因未能遵守上述要求而造成的损失承担责任；
• You keep your login information confidential, not obtained and used by others, and are responsible for all actions under your SimuUAV App account. You must notify us at the first opportunity of any possible law-breaking, unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to comply with the above requirements;
• 您通过SimuUAV App发表的信息为公开的信息，其他第三方均可以通过本平台获取用户发表的信息，用户对任何信息的发表即认可该信息为公开的信息，并单独对此行为承担法律责任；任何用户不愿被其他第三人获知的信息都不应在该平台上进行发表。
• Information published by you through SimuUAV App is public information, other third parties can obtain information published by users through this platform, users' publication of any information means recognizing that the information is public information, and they will bear legal responsibility for this behavior alone; any information that users do not want to be known by other third parties should not be published on this platform.

User Rights

• 合法使用SimuUAV App及SimuUAV服务的权利;
• The right to legally use SimuUAV App and SimuUAV services;
• 在您合法所有的设备上下载、安装、使用SimuUAV服务的权利;
• The right to download, install, and use SimuUAV services on your legally owned devices;
• 用户帐号的所有权归SimuUAV及其关联公司所有，基于帐号安全性的考虑，禁止使用他人的手机号、邮箱地址、身份证号码或银行账号注册SimuUAV帐号。您完成申请注册手续后，获得SimuUAV帐号的使用权，该使用权仅属于初始申请注册人，禁止赠与、借用、租用、转让或售卖。SimuUAV因经营需要，有权回收用户的帐号;
• The ownership of the user account belongs to SimuUAV and its affiliated companies. For account security considerations, it is prohibited to use other people's mobile phone numbers, email addresses, ID numbers, or bank account numbers to register a SimuUAV account. After completing the application registration procedures, you will obtain the right to use the SimuUAV account. This right of use belongs only to the initial applicant for registration, and it is prohibited to give, borrow, rent, transfer, or sell. SimuUAV has the right to recover the user's account due to business needs;
• 您有权更改、删除在SimuUAV App上的个人资料、注册信息及发布内容等，但需注意，删除有关信息的同时可能也会删除任何您储存在系统中的文字和图片。用户需承担该风险;
• You have the right to change and delete personal information, registration information, and published content on the SimuUAV App, but please note that deleting relevant information may also delete any text and pictures you store in the system. Users need to bear this risk;
• 您有责任妥善保管注册帐户信息及帐户密码的安全，您需要对注册帐户以及密码下的行为承担法律责任。用户同意在任何情况下不使用其他成员的帐户或密码。在您怀疑他人在使用您的帐户或密码时，您同意立即通知SimuUAV;
• You are responsible for properly safeguarding the security of your registered account information and account password. You need to bear legal responsibility for actions under your registered account and password. Users agree not to use other members' accounts or passwords under any circumstances. When you suspect that someone else is using your account or password, you agree to notify SimuUAV immediately;

权利限制

Rights Limitations

• 您不得对SimuUAV App内容或SimuUAV服务进行任何形式的许可、出售、租赁、转让、发行或做其他商业用途;
• You may not license, sell, lease, transfer, distribute, or make other commercial use of SimuUAV App content or SimuUAV services in any form;
• 您不得以创建相同或竞争服务为目的访问SimuUAV App或使用SimuUAV服务;
• You may not access SimuUAV App or use SimuUAV services for the purpose of creating identical or competitive services;
• 除非法律明文规定，否则您不得对SimuUAV App或SimuUAV服务（包括但不限于内容或产品中的广告或赞助内容）的任何部分以任何形式或方法进行复制、发行、再版、下载、显示、张贴、修改、翻译、合并、利用、分解或反向编译等;
• Unless expressly provided by law, you may not copy, distribute, republish, download, display, post, modify, translate, merge, use, decompose, or reverse compile any part of SimuUAV App or SimuUAV services (including but not limited to advertising or sponsored content in content or products) in any form or method;
• 您需对您使用第三方网站和广告产生的风险承担法律责任。当您访问第三方网站和广告时，适用第三方的条款和政策;
• You need to bear legal responsibility for the risks arising from your use of third-party websites and advertisements. When you visit third-party websites and advertisements, the terms and policies of the third party apply;

您已同意通过上传、发布或以其他方式使用SimuUAV App或SimuUAV服务，在使用过程中，您将承担因下述行为所造成的风险而产生的全部法律责任：

You have agreed that by uploading, publishing, or otherwise using SimuUAV App or SimuUAV services, during use, you will bear all legal responsibilities arising from the risks caused by the following behaviors:

• 破坏宪法所确定的基本原则的;危害国家安全、泄露国家秘密、颠覆国家政权、破坏国家统一的;损害国家荣誉和利益的;煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视，破坏民族团结的;破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信的;散布谣言，扰乱社会秩序，破坏社会稳定的;
• Undermining the basic principles established by the Constitution; endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity; damaging national honor and interests; inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermining ethnic unity; undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions; spreading rumors, disrupting social order, undermining social stability;
• 散布淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的;侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人合法权益的;含有法律法规、行政规章所禁止的其他内容的;
• Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crimes; insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others; containing other content prohibited by laws, regulations, and administrative rules;
• 违反国家关于无人机空域管理的相关规定;
• Violating national regulations on UAV airspace management;
• 其他违反国家法律规定或对社会产生不良影响的行为。
• Other behaviors that violate national laws or have adverse effects on society.

您已同意不在SimuUAV App或利用SimuUAV服务从事下列行为:

You have agreed not to engage in the following behaviors in SimuUAV App or using SimuUAV services:

• 上传或发布电脑病毒、蠕虫、恶意代码、故意破坏或改变计算机系统或数据的软件;未授权的情况下，收集其他用户的信息或数据，例如电子邮箱地址等;
• Uploading or publishing computer viruses, worms, malicious code, software that deliberately damages or alters computer systems or data; collecting information or data of other users without authorization, such as email addresses, etc.;
• 禁用SimuUAV App的网络连接，给本SimuUAV App造成过度的负担或以其他方式干扰或损害网站服务器和网络链接;干扰、破坏其它用户正常使用SimuUAVApp或SimuUAV服务。
• Disabling the network connection of SimuUAV App, causing excessive burden to this SimuUAV App, or otherwise interfering with or damaging website servers and network links; interfering with or disrupting other users' normal use of SimuUAV App or SimuUAV services.

您必须根据法律、法规以及本协议的规定使用SimuUAV App和SimuUAV服务，避免SimuUAV因下述行为或相关行为遭受来自第三方的任何投诉和/或诉讼，并承担由此带来的任何损失、损害、责任、成本和费用(包括但不限于律师费):

You must use SimuUAV App and SimuUAV services in accordance with laws, regulations, and the provisions of this Agreement, avoid SimuUAV suffering any complaints and/or lawsuits from third parties due to the following behaviors or related behaviors, and bear any losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney fees) arising therefrom:

• 您使用SimuUAV App和SimuUAV服务的行为;
• Your behavior in using SimuUAV App and SimuUAV services;
• 您通过SimuUAV App 控制SimuUAV硬件的行为;
• Your behavior in controlling SimuUAV hardware through SimuUAV App;
• 您的用户内容;
• Your user content;
• 您违反本协议的行为。
• Your behavior in violating this Agreement.

如发生下述情形，SimuUAV不承担任何法律责任:

SimuUAV assumes no legal responsibility in the following circumstances:

• 依据法律规定、或相关政府部门的要求、或国家空域安全监管的要求，监控、收集并提供您个人信息;
• Monitoring, collecting, and providing your personal information according to legal provisions, requirements of relevant government departments, or requirements of national airspace security supervision;
• 由于您的使用不当或其他自身原因而导致任何个人信息的泄露;
• Any disclosure of personal information due to your improper use or other personal reasons;
• 任何由于黑客攻击，电脑病毒的侵入，非法内容信息、骚扰信息的屏蔽，政府管制以及其他任何网络、技术、通信线路、信息安全管理措施等原因造成的服务中断、受阻等不能满足用户要求的情形;
• Any service interruption, obstruction, etc. that cannot meet user requirements caused by hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion, blocking of illegal content information, harassment information, government regulation, and other reasons such as network, technology, communication lines, information security management measures, etc.;
• 用户因第三方如运营商的通讯线路故障、技术问题、网络、电脑故障、系统不稳定及其他因不可抗力造成的损失的情形;
• Circumstances where users suffer losses due to third parties such as operators' communication line failures, technical problems, network, computer failures, system instability, and other force majeure;
• 使用SimuUAV服务可能存在的来自他人匿名或冒名的含有威胁、诽谤、令人反感或非法内容的信息而招致的风险;
• Risks arising from the use of SimuUAV services that may contain threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content from anonymous or impersonated others;
• 用户之间通过SimuUAV App和SimuUAV服务与其他用户交往，因受误导或欺骗而导致或可能导致的任何心理、生理上的伤害以及经济上的损失。
• Any psychological, physiological harm, and economic loss caused or possibly caused by users being misled or deceived through interactions with other users via SimuUAV App and SimuUAV services.

修改

Modification

• 本协议容许变更。如果本协议有变更，我们将在SimuUAV App上公布更新后的协议。之后，继续使用SimuUAV App和SimuUAV服务则视为您已知晓此类变更并同意受条款其约束;
• This Agreement allows for changes. If this Agreement is changed, we will publish the updated Agreement on SimuUAV App. Thereafter, continued use of SimuUAV App and SimuUAV services is deemed that you are aware of such changes and agree to be bound by the terms;
• SimuUAV保留在任何时候无需通知而修改、保留或关闭SimuUAV App和SimuUAV服务之权利;
• SimuUAV reserves the right to modify, retain, or close SimuUAV App and SimuUAV services at any time without notice;
• 您已同意SimuUAV无需因修改、保留或关闭SimuUAV App和SimuUAV服务的行为对您或第三方承担责任。
• You have agreed that SimuUAV does not need to be liable to you or third parties for the behavior of modifying, retaining, or closing SimuUAV App and SimuUAV services.

终止

Termination

• 本协议自您接受之日起生效，在您使用SimuUAV App和SimuUAV服务的过程中持续有效，直至依据本协议终止;
• This Agreement takes effect from the date of your acceptance and remains valid during your use of SimuUAV App and SimuUAV services, until terminated according to this Agreement;
• 尽管有上述规定，如果您使用SimuUAV App和SimuUAV服务的时间早于您接受本协议的时间，若您在此知晓或应当知晓并同意本协议，那么本协议于您第一次使用SimuUAV App和SimuUAV服务时生效，除非依据本协议提前终止。
• Despite the above provisions, if you use SimuUAV App and SimuUAV services earlier than the time you accept this Agreement, if you are aware or should be aware and agree to this Agreement, then this Agreement takes effect when you first use SimuUAV App and SimuUAV services, unless terminated early according to this Agreement.
• 如果用户侵犯第三人的版权且SimuUAV接到版权所有人或版权所有人的合法代理人的通知后，SimuUAV保留终止本协议的权利。
• If the user infringes on a third party's copyright and SimuUAV receives notification from the copyright owner or the copyright owner's legal agent, SimuUAV reserves the right to terminate this Agreement.
• 一旦本协议终止，您的网站账户和使用SimuUAV App和SimuUAV服务的权利即告终止。您应当知晓您的网站账户终止意味着您的用户内容将从我们的活动数据库中删除。SimuUAV不因终止本协议对您承担任何责任，包括终止您的用户账户和删除您的用户内容。
• Once this Agreement is terminated, your website account and the right to use SimuUAV App and SimuUAV services are terminated. You should be aware that terminating your website account means that your user content will be deleted from our active database. SimuUAV is not responsible to you for terminating this Agreement, including terminating your user account and deleting your user content.
• 任何Virtual Flight App的更新版本或SimuUAV服务的未来版本、更新或者其他变更将受到本协议约束。
• Any updated version of Virtual Flight App or future versions, updates, or other changes to SimuUAV services will be bound by this Agreement.

我们可能会随时更新本协议的内容，该等更新构成本协议的一部分。更新后的条款一旦公布即代替原来的条款，恕不再另行通知，用户可在SimuUAV APP查阅最新版条款。在SimuUAV修改本协议相关条款之后，如果用户不接受修改后的条款，请立即停止使用SimuUAV服务，用户继续使用SimuUAV服务将被视为已接受了修改后的协议。

We may update the contents of this Agreement at any time, such updates constituting part of this Agreement. Once the updated terms are published, they replace the original terms without further notice. Users can check the latest version of the terms in the SimuUAV APP. After SimuUAV modifies the relevant terms of this Agreement, if users do not accept the modified terms, please stop using SimuUAV services immediately. Users continuing to use SimuUAV services will be deemed to have accepted the modified Agreement.
